Let’s conveniently forget the New York Times recent cover story about sugar as killer. Pieter Brenner has taken 60 pounds of sweetness and created the world’s tastiest chair. 

Brenner is German designer who wears a Willy Wonka hat (really) and encourages guests to lick his art. “I just created a place where the consumer can be creative, so basically he is the designer, not me,” says Brenner.

The chairs retail for $11,000, the equivalent of 69,620 Tootsie Pops.
